Job Description
- Talend engineering: Platform optimization on ESB and ETL. Log and analysis from the ELK stack. Steering and support for application developers,
- Administering Control-M and Axway platforms. Ensure availability and service continuity. Configuration management and production launch of hosted services. Securing the platforms,
- Projects related to perimeter: Evolution and participation in their realization,
- Keep the solution’s operating documents up to date,
- Able to pilot Operations teams by working together to deliver operational documentation,
- Provide support to operational teams in terms of Troubleshooting and providing Level 3 troubleshooting,
- Working with service providers to troubleshoot complex issues,
- Monitoring: service level monitoring for platforms and applications (experience with Centreon nice to have) and optimization of this monitoring,
- Collaborate with the team to define standards and enforce those standards.
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent diploma and a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
- Experience in data integration,
- Certification and working experience with ITIL 4 F,
- Good to excellent Knowledge of MS/Linux system, Bash, Powershell, Java, API rest, Git, Azure DevOps and DevSecOps,
- Experience with Service Now or similar ITSM tool,
- Proficient both in English and French,
- You are Organized, will take initiative and are able to take decisions based on strategies,
- You are able to work autonomously in a challenging environment and work with a collaborative mindset,
- Can work closely with management to define roadmaps and strategies with the role of a technical expert.
