We are delighted you are interested in joining us at AP. These are the key steps of our recruiting process once you have clicked on “apply”:

We will be in touch with you within three weeks after receiving your application. Occasionally, in busy periods of the year this might take a little bit longer.

We will arrange for a short telephone interview. This is the first step in our screening process to clarify key questions and establish common ground with the candidate.

This is followed by face to face interview(s) in one of our locations. Depending on the role, there might be one or several interviews, where you will meet the HR and hiring manager(s). We want to get to know you and you should get to know us. Between interviews we aim to let you know, as fast as possible, if you have made it to the next round or – in the final step – if you have been selected for the position.

We will not leave you hanging. We strive to be as transparent and responsive as possible throughout the entire process.
